| REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING STALLION REPORT | |
| 1. | Stallion report must be in the Racking Horse Breeders' Association of America office before any foals of that breeding year will be registered. |
| 2. | A penalty of $50.00 will be charged in the event of late filing, after October 15. |
| 3. | Mare's name, registration number, and all breeding dates
are required. Note: Each time mare is serviced by stallion must be included. |
| 4. | Pasture bred mares must meet the same requirements except date and location stallion was turned in and taken out of pasture, also dates mare was in pasture with stallion. |
| 5. | No registration application will be complete until stallion owner's signature and corresponding stallion report number are on the registration form. |
| 6. | If a mare appears on two or more stallion reports with breeding dates within a sixty day period it will be required that the foal and dam be blood-typed proving parentage. |
| 7. | Any stallion owner failing to comply may lose privileges in the association. |
| 8. | Send only white copy to RHBAA office. |
| 9. | If you commission register a stallion and he has serviced mare (s), you will have 60 days from the issue date of the certificate of registration for said stallion in which to file a stallion report with the RHBAA. Should you fail to file a stallion report within 60 days of the issue date, a late penalty in the amount of $50.00 will be charged. |
| 10. | Should you own a mare that has been registered Racking, but was not registered Racking at the time of service and was serviced by a Registered Racking Stallion, you will have 60 days from the issue date of the certificate of registration for said mare in which to have the mare added to the stallion report on file in the RHBAA office. Should you fail to have owner of the sire add the mare, a $10.00 penalty will be charged in order to add the mare to the report. |
