All horses shown in aged divisions will be mouthed, including horses shown in the Classic Horse Classes.  Each horse will be assigned an official card indicating the age of the horse; horses that are mouthed at the Spring Celebration will not be mouthed again unless there is a discrepancy.  The show veterinarian will not mouth any horses that he owns that are shown during the Spring Celebration; the alternate veterinarian will mouth those horses.  

* NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED 

* Ponies and 15.2 entries must be measured at least 30 minutes prior to the performance in which they will compete.

* Horses that meet all registration requirements and are registered during Spring Celebration will be eligible to enter and show in their classes.

* All entries must be inspected by DQP, before entering the ring.
