The RHBAA is an association which is operated not-for-profit to promote and preserve the Racking Horse breed  through  the Official 
Breed Registry and other activities.  Individuals who are involved in the Racking Horse industry at any level are encouraged to join the RHBAA
 in order that your input and involvement can be combined with others to build upon the Association's growth and progress during the past quarter-century.

Penalty for not purchasing a status card; You will be notified by certified mail that you have shown without a card and you will automatically
be suspended until a card is purchased.  Those showing without cards will be publicized. The RHBAA will not honor any other affiliating 
organizations' cards.  Cards are required for all Amateur Exhibitors who are 18 years of age or older, for all Professional Trainers, and for all 
Juvenile Exhibitors.
