Rules and Regulations set forth by the Racking Horse Breeders' Association of America and the USDA Horse Protection Act will prevail for the entire show. The Big River Racking Horse Association and its sponsors shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or loss of property to horse, person, or equipment. Negative Coggins is required in the State of Tennessee. Persons on Federal Disqualification cannot transport Horse to this show and can participate only as a spectator. All entries must be inspected by DQP prior to entering the show arena.
