I, James Morrison being a voting member of the RHBAA do hereby request amendments or additions to the bylaws and rules as printed in 2003.  This request is in compliance with Section 20.1 of the bylaws and rules of 2003.

MOTION NUMBER ONE.

Change Section 9.3 (a) "AA" License to read:

To be eligible for this license, a judge must have held an "A" license and
judged a minimum of 4 affiliated shows.
