Dear Show Manager:

              Please be aware there will be a  $50.00 charge to affiliate/sanction your show with the Racking Horse Breeders’ Association. In order to affiliate/sanction your show with the RHBAA, you must comply with the following guidelines: 

1. An RHBAA licensed judge must judge all Racking classes. 
2. A show bill, class sheet must be in the RHBAA Office 90 days before the show.
3. A copy of all Racking class entry sheets showing each horse entered and all place listings must be mailed to the RHBAA Office within 15 days after the show is held.
4. All horses entered in any class at the show must have an RHBAA registration number.
5. All exhibitors showing in any class must have a valid RHBAA Exhibitor Status Card number.

The Racking Horse Breeders’ Association would like to be beneficial to the success of your show and must have this information in order to assist you.  If we can be of any help to you, please feel free to contact the RHBAA Office (256) 353-7225.
