Ladies Auxiliary Minutes

June 15, 2007

Meeting was called to order by our President, Nicole Rehkemper.

Nicole read the Secretary’s report from the last meeting.  Motion to accept was made and second.  Motion passed.

A decision was made to have a discussion at the Winter Meetings about what type of classes we will continue to have at the shows.  Everyone needs to try to attend the Winter Meetings so a fair decision can be made.  We need as many entries in our classes as possible.

We voted on judges for the Fall Celebration.  Our choices were:

Mary Alice Bohannon

Ricky Shackleford

Tommy Thompson

Alternate:  Larry George

Below is a list of the projects that we will be doing during the Celebration.  Please plan on helping at as many as possible.

Lunch on the Grounds           Sunday at 11:30 am

            Everyone bring a covered dish

Dog Show                              Sunday at 1:00 pm

Cook Out                                Thursday at 10:00 pm

            Everyone bring a few cans of soda

Barn Beautification               Contact Kasey Dumas for Information

Consignment Sale                Saturday at 10:00 am

            We will be selling tack as well as clothes.  Please let everyone know that we are adding tack to the sale.

Our next meeting will be Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 11:30 am in Board Room.  Plan to attend and bring a friend.
