President Jones reconvened the meeting at 3:15PM
Kelly France, Judges Chairman, brought to the board a request from the judges that they be able to judge a horse show, of another association, with notification to the Judges Chairman. Kelly made the motion, Jerome 2nd.

Judy Jones read a request from Ronnie Blakely’s attorney that all information pertaining to his case before the Rules Enforcement Committee, be forwarded to him. Eddie Barrow gave the board an update on his committee’s ruling in the case. Howard Bellamy made a motion to not send our information to him. Ronnie Hooker 2nd.

Futurity Committee: Ronnie Hooker said our stock of registration forms was low and new ones will need to be ordered soon. Since it is not known yet if there might be some changes in the information needed on them soon it was his recommendation to go the least expensive route. Everyone agreed to go with his recommendation.
General discussion was held about the Kentucky State Show. It was suggested to propose to both Central Kentucky and KOWV that they have a 2 night show, one have one night, the other the next night.
Personnel and Property: Jim Morris made a motion to the board that Donna Kaufman receive a dollar an hour raise, beginning March 1st. Jerome 2nd.
