The nominating committee in accordance to Section 4.2 of the bylaws had a conference call at 8:00 p.m. EST Wednesday December 27, 2006. The purpose of this call was to come up with a slate of officers to present to the full board at the January 20 meeting. Present on the call were Tim Toler (chairman), Darlene Harris, Wilburn Williams, Larry Street, Jim Morris, Howard Bellamy and Ronnie Hooker. The results were by majority vote after nominations and discussions had taken place. The results are as follows:
