Spring Celebration a
Success! If you missed the
Spring Celebration you missed a good time!
The horses were fantastic! Even better the crowd had a great time! There
was plenty of smiling faces, a lot of laughs and a whole bunch of
hugging.
You can always say that when RHBAA
gets together there is always a lot of fun! Many people said they
couldn't wait until the Fall Celebration.

Motion to change the sentence in

Change from:
The exhibitor will wear an English riding
habit, with the exception of designed Western or Country
Pleasure Racking classes.

(o) A
Judge shall not be eligible to Judge the Fall Celebration
more than twice in any five (5) year period beginning
retroactive.
(p) Neither the RHBAA President, nor the
Chairman of the Judges Committee, nor the Chairman of the
Rules Enforcement Committee shall be eligible to Judge the
Fall Celebration. |
